Note: Space Admin permission required. You must have Administer projects permissions to configure space-level app settings.
Installing TeamTime adds custom permissions to every space in your Jira instance. These settings determine which features team members can access and use within that specific space.
To locate these permissions:

Go to Space settings.

Select Permissions from the sidebar.

Scroll down to the Issue permissions section.
Available Permissions

Manage Work-item Co-assignees: Allows users to add and remove co-assignees across all work items in the space. Project managers require this permission to ensure every contributing team member is included in estimation and tracking from the start.

Manage Personal Estimates: Allows users to create, edit, and delete their own estimates. Grant this permission to regular team members to enable TeamTime user-level estimation features (available in the Advanced Tier app edition).

Recalculate TeamTime Data in work items: Allows users to trigger a manual recalculation of TeamTime data within work items. Recalculations help resolve data sync conflicts following major Jira updates or system disruptions.
Warning: Recalculation requires processing time and system resources. Restrict this permission to authorized administrators.
