 Added support for the following fields

  • Requests -> Fields: Customization for the fields on a request type is added. Now you can change field name, add its translation and field help description for more advanced customer support.

  • Requests -> Fields: now you can define fields on portal as required regardless standard Field Configuration Jira settings.

Bugfixes

  • "Attachments" field visibility on transitions' screens is fixed.

  • German translation for password policy error message on portal's Log in page is added.

  • "Group Picker (single group)"/ "Group Picker (multi group)" custom fields work on a portal is fixed.

  • CSI: more flexibility for the %link% text area (see How to edit email's Scheme for details).

  • SLA2.0: Issue Resolved event can now be used as a Stop SLA trigger when the Resolution field is changed to Done.

  • SLA2.0: custom field now is unlocked and can be context-configured (=set up for separately for different Projects and Issue types).

  • Fields on portal: translations defined on Requests → Fields configuration for Create issue screen are now being inherited to View, Edit, Transitions screens as well. ⚠️ Portal translations override field translations in Jira.

  • Fields on portal: Assignee field is now hidden from Create, Edit and Transitions screens on portal due to security reasons. (info) Hide feature to predefine Assignee option is still available.

  • Jira 9.6 compatibility is added.
