This app is designed with privacy and security in mind. We do not store or process personal user data or issue data outside of Jira. The only information handled by the app consists of calendar-specific details (such as calendar names, configuration fields, and related metadata).

All calendar data remains within Jira and is subject to Atlassian’s security and compliance framework. The app does not transmit or retain sensitive information beyond what is required for calendar functionality.

We are committed to following GDPR principles in the way we design and operate our applications. If your organization requires a GDPR representative in the EU under Article 27 GDPR, we can provide contact details upon request.

App Uninstallation and Data Retention

To ensure the security and privacy of your information, our app follows a strict data-cleansing policy following uninstallation.

Automated Data Deletion

If you decide to uninstall the Calendar for Jira app by Teamlead, a 30-day grace period begins. This is an intentional delay to protect you from accidental data loss.

Permanent Removal

Once the 30-day period expires, an automated process performs a complete cleanup. This involves the total deletion of:

• All User Calendars: Every calendar created within the app will be removed.

• Calendar Settings: All custom configurations, including your unique color schemes, quick filters, and layouts.

• External Connections: Any existing links or sync settings to external calendars.

• Custom Events: All non-Jira events that were manually placed on your calendars.
