Export

The ability to export data from directories depends on user permissions. If you cannot export data please contact your Jira Administrator.

You can export data from the Universal Directories, separately for each directory. The export contains all information from the entries. The data will be exported as a .csv file and will be available via Excel. You can export the particular entries or all the directory entries.

Navigate to the directory and select the required entries (leave empty to export all entries). Push the Export button and confirm the start of the export process. Exporting the huge number of entries may take some time.

You can open the file in Excel.

If data looks not as expected, try to open the file via Import to a new Excel file as it is shown below.

The default encoding is UTF-8 and the default separator is a semi-colon. The Universal Directories Export/Import settings are stored in the Import menu.
