Transition issues in HelpDesk
Who can transition issues in HelpDesk?
A customer can change statuses of issues available to them in HelpDesk if they have the relevant project permissions (Transition Issues).
Restrict transitions to customers
You may need to allow your customers to perform some of the business process transitions and restrict other ones.
Example: A customer should select if a resolved request should be closed or returned back to work.
