Customer Area Settings
The HelpDesk app provides the whole new area specifically for the customers with no access to Jira. The Jira users are also allowed to use the Customer Area if required – it's available on the upper panel for those who have rights. The section name can be changed according to your needs. The section name is Customer Area in the example above.
