Jira Service Management

The app allows using the Directories Select field on Service Desk Management as a usual select list.

HelpDesk for Jira

The app is compatible with HelpDesk for Jira plugin: you can allow your customers to select, browse and manage the Directories entries the same way as in Jira.

Agile Filters

The app's Directories Select custom field is available as a filter in the Agile Filters app.
