If you have relevant permission, you can see the link to the Universal Directories app in the Apps section on the upper panel of Jira.
The Universal Directories section contains the list of directories with some information about each of them. Click on a directory to browse its content. Directories can be added only by Jira Administrator who also set up their structure. A directory contains the list of entries with some of their parameters displayed "on the surface" (within the grid). You can open an entry to browse all available information.
