Customer Portals – Request Creation

Overview

Customer Portal is a place where your customers can create requests that will be available for agents as regular Jira issues. HelpDesk provides the ability to create one or more customer portals – project-related or cross-project ones – and brand them in different ways. A portal can be restricted to groups of users.

The portal settings are located at HelpDesk Administration → Customer Area → Portals:
