Setting Up User Hourly Rate

This page describes how to create a user hourly rate directory and link it to the Worklogs Report so the users will be able to browse the cost of the particular works along with the spent time within the report.

Navigate to CRM Administration → Transactions → Users Rate directory. The custom directory that contains user hourly rates should be selected there. By default, the CRM app provides a predefined directory for this purpose. If you have this directory deleted, you can create another one and link it to the Worklogs Report via the setting specified above.

The directory used for employees' hourly rates should contain:

• one attribute of the Jira User type

• one attribute of the Number type

This Number attribute will be used as a user hourly rate within the Worklogs Report.
