Link to the Issue In HelpDesk

As your customers cannot access Jira, the Jirа links are not useful for them. The same issue link on the portal differs from the standard Jira link.

However, an agent might need to send a link to a request to a customer. There is a special button that appears in HelpDesk-specific projects. Click on this button to copy the HelpDesk issue link to the clipboard:
