Audit Log

The Audit section is available in the list of HelpDesk settings sections and contains the following tabs:

History Audit

The History Audit tab displays the log of actions related to the HelpDesk settings.

Sessions Audit

The Sessions Audit tab displays all current HelpDesk sessions.
