Defining a CRM Superuser
There is a number of actions performed by the CRM app automatically, such as CRM custom fields updating (for example, the CRM Company updating in accordance to the Reporter value) or users synchronization or other background processes. These actions require a user to be performed on this user's behalf.
Navigate to CRM Administration → Access → Jira user for CRM operations with tasks section and select a Jira user to perform these system actions.
Note that CRM-superuser should be a licensed user with Jira administration permissions.
