CRM Related list of Issues by JQL

(ex CRM User Issues)

The CRM Related list of Issues by JQL custom field allow you to browse the list of issues with the same current Assignee or current Reporter that in the current issue filtered by the additional parameters specified with JQL.

Add the custom field the regular way and configure it: use the JQL including one of the following parameters:

  • CURRENT_ISSUE_ASSIGNEE

  • CURRENT_ISSUE_REPORTER

  • CURRENT_ISSUE_COMPANY

  • CURRENT_ISSUE_KEY

  • CURRENT_ISSUE_CFID

and other parameters if required.

Within an issue you will be able to browse the list of issues filtered by the specified parameters. The list is dynamic so it will be updated automatically according to the conditions.
