CRM Contacts is the section where you can store the list of persons with their parameters. This is one of the default sections of CRM, you get access to it as soon as you have the CRM app installed.

A contact card may contain various fields that help a user to collect CRM information easily and keep it structured. As an administrator, you can change the Contact template according to business needs.

By default, the following configuration is set for the Contacts directory:

Main tab:

  • Name (string, title)

  • Related Company (CRM Company)

  • Synced Jira User (Jira user)

Contact Information tab:

  • Email (email)

  • Phone (number)

There are no entries by default in the Contacts directory.
