I can’t see some Jira issues that my teammates can. Why?

The issues you can view depend on your Jira permissions. First, check if you can find those issues in Jira itself (via Filters → Search issues).

  • If you don’t see them in Jira → it’s a permissions issue, and you’ll need to ask your Jira admin.

  • If you do see them in Jira but not in the calendar → please contact our support team.

My JQL isn’t working. What should I do?

Double-check your query by running it in Jira (Main menu → Filters → Search issues). A few things to keep in mind:

  • Queries must be valid JQL.

  • Make sure your query is written in one line.

  • You can also use our JQL shortcut.
    If it still doesn’t work, please reach out to support.

Why don’t all fields appear on cards / why do I see “unsupported”?

Not every Jira field type is currently supported. You’ll find a list of supported fields below. If there’s a field you need that isn’t supported yet, let us know — we’re collecting feedback for future updates.

How can I find my client key (support asked for it)?

No worries! You can find your client key by going to the Calendar sidebar -> clicking Help (question) -> then selecting Copy Client Key
