I can’t see some Jira issues that my teammates can. Why? | The issues you can view depend on your Jira permissions. First, check if you can find those issues in Jira itself (via Filters → Search issues).

My JQL isn’t working. What should I do? | Double-check your query by running it in Jira (Main menu → Filters → Search issues). A few things to keep in mind:

Why don’t all fields appear on cards / why do I see “unsupported”? | Not every Jira field type is currently supported. You’ll find a list of supported fields below. If there’s a field you need that isn’t supported yet, let us know — we’re collecting feedback for future updates. |
How can I find my client key (support asked for it)? | No worries! You can find your client key by going to the Calendar sidebar -> clicking Help |
Is there compatibility with the Jira Cloud site rename feature? | Our app fully supports changes to your Jira Cloud URL. When you rename your Jira Cloud instance, no special actions are required on your part—your existing configurations and data will automatically remain intact and available. |
