Manage bookings

If you have been granted access as a Booking Manager or Agent in the app’s permissions settings, you will have access to the app’s calendar screen. This screen allows you to manage and interact with all booking requests and related tasks within the project. Here's a detailed guide to help you navigate and utilize the calendar screen effectively.

If you need to return to the project, simply click the “Back to project” button located in the sidebar.

Viewing Bookings

On the calendar screen, you can view all the bookings made by users. These bookings correspond to various request types within the project, filtered based on the selected object in the calendar settings. This allows you to see all relevant bookings and their details at a glance.

Bookings are shown in each user’s local time zone, as configured in their Jira profile.

Interacting with Issues

Managing issues directly from the calendar is on our roadmap and will be available as soon as possible. Planned features include:

  • Assigning issues

  • Commenting on issues

  • Editing issue details

  • Removing issues

  • Creating subtasks

  • Changing issue status
